Forms process your name, email, optional phone number and enquiry, registration or complaint details. We use them to handle your request, contact you and discuss possible work. Depending on the request, the legal basis is steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and complaints, or a legal obligation.
Your form is forwarded by email to planning@jchaaglanden.nl. Form contents are not stored in a separate website inbox. Only authorised staff and necessary hosting and email providers process your information to handle your request. Email is retained as long as needed for your request and applicable legal obligations, then deleted.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object where applicable. Contact planning@jchaaglanden.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
This statement concerns the website. The existing privacy policy and original PDF remain available for the wider agency services.
Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens ↗Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical browser and network information to prevent abuse. Our server verifies its token; your form contents are not sent to Turnstile. To limit requests and prevent duplicate emails, we retain references, statuses, timestamps and hashed values only, not form contents. These temporary records are cleaned up in batches after 24 hours during subsequent requests.
