jch-theme: stores your light/dark preference only with permission, until you withdraw it or clear browser storage. Without permission, the display button works for the current page only.
This website sets no analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. The hosting environment may use necessary security and sign-in cookies, for example for this private preview. External websites such as Facebook, YouTube and the PDF host have their own policies and open only when you choose a link.
We use local browser storage, a technology similar to cookies. The site remains usable if you decline. If your browser blocks storage, this notice may appear again.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical browser and network information to prevent abuse. Our server verifies its token; your form contents are not sent to Turnstile. To limit requests and prevent duplicate emails, we retain references, statuses, timestamps and hashed values only, not form contents. These temporary records are cleaned up in batches after 24 hours during subsequent requests.
